Bue Salmon ASA has a renewed board following the Annual General Meeting in June 2026. Trine Sæther Romuld has been elected as new chair.
BackTrine Sæther Romuld takes over as chair. Nina Santi and Trude Jansen Hagland join as new board members. Sten Roald Lorentzen continues as a board member after serving as chair, while Trine Lotherington Danielsen steps down from the board after four years.

Trine Sæther Romuld holds a master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and has extensive leadership experience from seafood, oil services, consulting and auditing. She has been CFO of SalMar and SalMar Aker Ocean and a partner at KPMG, among other roles. Sæther Romuld also has substantial board experience, including from SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA and Bakkafrost. She is currently CEO of First Seafood AS.

Nina Santi is a veterinarian, holds a PhD and is Managing Partner at INAQ. She previously served as CEO of AquaGen for seven years and has more than 20 years’ experience in fish health and genetics.

Trude Jansen Hagland is CEO of NCE Seafood Innovation and has broad experience in fish health, technology and digitalisation in the aquaculture industry.
