Magnus Devold brings vast experience in biotechnology and fish welfare. He co-founded PatoGen AS and served as Research Director for 15 years, guiding the company until its acquisition in 2020. In recent years, Magnus has focused on technology and investments, working with Kverva AS and in his own ventures. PatoGen has been a key driver in promoting sustainable growth within the aquaculture sector, a mission Magnus continues to champion as Chairman of the Board at Bue.
Sten Roald Lorentzen

Sten Roald Lorentzen is the CEO of Aquaculture Innovation and is a seasoned board member with 7 current board posisions. With over 25 years of leadership experience, Sten Roald has managed large-scale onshore and offshore industrial projects. Over the past 13 years, he has honed his expertise in the development of land-based aquaculture facilities, dedicating 9 years to the supplier industry and the last 4 years at Aquaculture Innovation.

Sten Stenersen has served in the role of CFO at the Hatteland group since 2018 and is an experienced board member with several current appointments, including Belships ASA and Heimdal Forvaltning AS. He holds an M.Sc. in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.
Trine Danielsen
Trine Danielsen

Trine L. Danielsen has extensive operational experience in the farming of various species from companies such as Mowi, CAC AS, EWOS, Skorildsmolt, and Timar Group. Trine is currently the cluster leader for Stiim Aqua Cluster, a technology network under Blueplanet AS, and a co-owner of BlueplanetAcademy.com. She has also served as a mayor and as a State Secretary for the Minister of Fisheries, with a strong commitment to the aquaculture industry.
Henrik Hareide

Henrik Hareide has over two decades of leadership experience in aquaculture and fisheries, spanning both the private and public sectors. Currently a partner at BøeHareide AS, Henrik also holds board positions at Bue Salmon and AKVAHUB AS. His background, including roles at the Norwegian Directorate of Fisheries, Sølvtrans AS, STIM AS, Sjømat Norge, and ICES, equips him with the strategic vision and regulatory understanding to drive innovation in the aquaculture industry.
